Vajra Dhyāna 1 is a foundation course & an integral part of Vajra Yogini Tantra practice and is necessary for understanding the intricacies of Siddha Tantra practices.
This is an ancient set of mind training practices known as Mahā Nara Khecara Meditations, designed by Himalayan Siddhas to expand cognition, sharpen perception, imagination and awaken intuitive intelligence and ability to switch context effortlessly.

Desire & openness to dedicate at least 15 minutes daily for your individual practice, and to actively participate in the live sessions. There will be four live sessions of around 2 - 4 hours each on Saturdays: 26th April, 3rd May, 10th May & 17th May 2025.

This is a foundation course on the Vajra Path. It is a 4 weeks online course starting 26 April 2025 with 4 weekly Live sessions which consists of both theory as well as learning and training practices to enhance your mental cognitive abilities. You will learn practices in the live sessions that you will keep practicing daily throughout the weeks. In doing so you will get the chance to ask relevant questions both privately but also in our live QA sessions every live session.
You will have access to the course platform here on SiddhaTantraArts.com, live sessions will be facilitated on Google Meet and will be recorded and thus available weekly on the course platform. You will also have access to a private Google Chat Group. This group allows you to post, interact and receive updates organically throughout the course.

Yes, absolutely. This course is a foundational course that can complement other spiritual practices, as long as you can set aside some dedicated time for it.

No, empowerment or initiation deeksha is not needed for this course. This is a foundational course designed to prepare you for deeper practices that may lead to empowerments and initiations.

Participants will have access to the video lectures and recordings of live sessions for at-least 5 years.

Course content, group discussions, Q&A and personal experiences of other participants shared during the sessions are meant to stay within the group. Recording or sharing live sessions is not permitted.
Additionally, practices taught in the course are meant to be kept private to honor the tradition and its principles.

We have live sessions every Saturday starting 26 April. We have kept duration for live sessions 2-4 h but it can vary.
The live sessions starts around 3PM CET. Check your local time zone for reference. We will update exact time to the group.
If you miss the live sessions, you can watch the recordings later. -
All live sessions will be recorded and made available to participants for replay.

Yes, camera needs to be on. This is a practical course with interactions online to get the most out of it. We practice online together, practice alone daily in the weeks so that relevant practice-specific questions and answers can emerge for the benefit of all participants. If you cannot have your camera on for a specific live session or part of a live session, please leave the meeting and join again when you can. Later watch the recording and practice.
